Peyton Marcus founded Operative's Dashboard implementation team when she joined the company in 2005, drawing on more than nine years of project management experience in the digital publishing industry. As the VP of Sales Engineering, Peyton leads the team that works in parallel with Sales to paint the technical and functional vision of Operative solutions for clients and prospects. Peyton's passion for streamlining operations and focus on customer service has enabled her to foster relationships and secure wins with publishing powerhouses such as MTV Networks, MySpace, Dow Jones and NBC Universal.

Prior to Operative, Peyton spent five years at Washingtonpost.Newsweek Interactive where she started as an Account Specialist. She quickly rose through the ranks to become senior manager of Commercial Services before moving onto Product and Project Management both for Washingtonpost.com/Jobs and Kintera, Inc. Peyton has a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Mary Washington.
